1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PolyChat ("the App"), you confirm that you are at least 17 years old and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

PolyChat provides AI-powered conversational experiences with fictional personas. All characters, backstories, and interactions are entirely fictional and for entertainment purposes only. Any resemblance to real persons is coincidental.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or copy the AI models or system prompts
Create, transmit, or store content that is harmful, abusive, or violates any applicable law
Use automated systems or bots to interact with the App
Attempt to circumvent any payment or subscription mechanism

4. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

PolyChat offers coin purchases and subscription plans processed through Apple App Store or Google Play. All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings.

5. AI-Generated Content

Responses generated by PolyChat are produced by artificial intelligence. They are not the views, opinions, or advice of any real person. Do not rely on AI responses for medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.

6. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and technology within PolyChat is owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service and disclaim all liability for any damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
