Chat data: Messages you send and receive within the App, stored in Firebase Firestore to provide conversation history.
Purchase data: Transaction records processed through Apple App Store or Google Play via RevenueCat. We do not store your payment card details.
Usage data: Basic analytics such as app interactions and error logs, used to improve the service.
Device data: Device type, operating system version, and app version for debugging purposes.

To generate AI responses using OpenAI's API (your messages are sent to OpenAI for processing)
To process purchases and manage your subscription or coin balance

Your chat messages are transmitted to OpenAI to generate responses. Please review OpenAI's privacy policy for details on how they handle this data.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

PolyChat is not intended for users under the age of 17. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child without parental consent, we will delete it promptly.
