These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the QuickTranslate mobile application ("App") operated by QuickTranslate ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the App

QuickTranslate provides AI-powered translation services including text, camera, and voice translation. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

2. Subscriptions

• QuickTranslate offers auto-renewable subscriptions: Weekly and Yearly plans.
• A 3-day free trial is available for new subscribers on the Weekly plan.
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
• No refund will be provided for the unused portion of a subscription period.

3. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the App
• Use the App to translate content that promotes hate speech, violence, or illegal activity
• Resell or redistribute the App or its translation outputs commercially

4. Accuracy of Translations

QuickTranslate uses AI-powered translation and while we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that translations are perfect. Do not rely solely on our translations for legal, medical, or other critical decisions.

5. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by QuickTranslate and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuickTranslate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
